Selection Criteria
- Entering or enrolled as undergraduate student at a two- or four-year accredited college in Connecticut
- Connecticut resident in Hartford, Tolland, or Windham County
- Financial need
- Leadership qualities
- Must have earned a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale, or be in the top 40% of your class in high school
- Community service
- Legal resident of the United States
